National Orders (Swiss Post)
Priority Delivery: CHF 12.- (2-3 working days delivery)
Free National Delivery: on orders over CHF 300.-
EU International Orders (FEDEX Regional Economy)
France : CHF 30.- (2-4 working day delivery)
Germany : CHF 30.- (2-4 working days delivery)
Denmark : CHF 40.- (2-4 working days delivery)
Shipping, Customs & Delivery Policy
For orders shipped outside of Switzerland, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees, and we cannot predict their amount.
Customs authorities may require additional information or payments to release your shipment. Please note that customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Failure to pay the required duties or taxes may result in your order being held, returned, or destroyed by customs. SABERIN PLUS is not responsible for such outcomes.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include your tracking number. You can track and trace your order using the link provided. Order status may take up to 1 hour to update after the order has been placed.
A signature may be required upon delivery of your order.
Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, store credit, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange for the same product.
To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@saberinplus.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

your order number,

a description of the issue, and

clear photos or videos of the defect.
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the exchange is approved or denied. If approved, we will send you a replacement in the correct size or identical model, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused during manufacturing.
